Description
FCV™ Series Flow Control Valves are plug and seat type valves used primarily on artificial lift manifolds for the control of injection on gas, small water flood projects, or any similar type application. They are manually adjusted valves designed to provide excellent repeatability and are available in 1 in. and 2 in. [25.4 mm and 50.8 mm] body sizes and a wide range of body configurations and trim packages.
FCV™ Series Features
- The 1″ body is available in ASTM 216 WCB material. The 2″ Through-body is offered in ASTM 216 WCB, while the 2 in Angle-body is offered in ASTM 350 Lf2, forged alloy. The 2 in and 3 in are available in 316L casting.
- The body comes in a variety of end connections, including threaded, buttweld, socket weld, and flanged. The end connections range from 1 to 3 inches.
- The valve trim comes in a variety of materials and sizes (1/8, 3/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch). The handle is available in either aluminum or stainless steel.
- The Teflon® packing is spring energized to enhance low pressure sealing integrity. The packing gland spacer holds the seat in place and provides space for the packing spring.
